Ergotron Radical Arm Installation

Tools Needed
(Hex nut set, 1/4 drill bit for metal, (Stepped Up Bits optional)

Old Stainless Steel Elephant Trunk Arm
Remove this old stainless steel elephant trunk arm from the wall. Tech will need to use the
stainless box that is attached to the wall for the install/mount of the new replacement Ergotron Radical Arm.

Step 1:
Remove screws.
Remove all 6 screws holding the stainless steel arm from the wall. Tech will need to separate the stainless steel arm from the stainless steel box. Take off the stainless steel fin off of it. Tech will use the stainless steel box and will need to drill 2 holes to install the mount from the new replacement Ergotron Arm. Must bring power drill and stainless steel or cobalt drill bits.

Step 2:
Drill holes
Once the stainless steel box is removed, drill 2 (1/4") holes on the box to mount the new radial arm. Use 1.5” Hex bolts and 1.25” Washers to install the mounting arm.

Make sure it’s flush against the stainless mounting box.
